    You will receive detailed intake forms and specific assessments, and we will schedule your initial consultation.

    Initial Findings

    We will review your health history, symptoms, lifestyle, occupation, diet, exercise routine, test results, and any other relevant information. We will discuss our findings and explore root causes of your health conditions.

    Protocol Delivery

    After the initial intake session, you will have a follow-up session for protocol delivery. During this session, you will receive your personalized health program, which includes detailed nutrition guidelines, an individually-tailored supplement program, as well as exercise, lifestyle, and stress management tools. We will discuss any recommended functional lab testing.

  • When applicable, lab testing eliminates guesswork, providing crucial insights into underlying causes. Costs vary depending on the type of testing, ranging from $150 to $1500.

  • My practice is online and virtual, serving clients globally. We can accommodate different time zones.
